Skapare's Creations

LIBH version 0.8.3 is now out. There are numerous changes, including the -O option problem as also seen in the AVLMAP and VRB libraries which use the same configure script as LIBH. Also -std=gnu99 is not specified in the configure scriot. Highlights of other changes include:

• Separate functions for str_expr_to_si() and str_expr_to_ui()
• New functions to get environment variables with a default value.
• Added a demo program call rls which uses the ftr functions.
